CPA Finance VP

Job Summary

To own the financial backbone of a rapidly scaling company, the fully remote CPA Finance VP will manage the accounting function, ensure SEC compliance, and lead strategic finance initiatives while collaborating with international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full accounting function and ensure a fast, accurate monthly/quarterly close across multiple entities
• Serve as the technical authority on US GAAP and manage revenue recognition, inventory/COGS, and complex accounting areas
• Lead SEC filings and reporting, ensuring full compliance and timely submissions as part of a listed group

Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience
• Experience in finance/accounting leadership at a US public company
• Active CPA certification
• Deep expertise in US GAAP and SEC reporting
• Background in consumer health and/or consumer wellness
