CPA Financial Accountant

Job Summary

Owning key components of the monthly close, the full-time Financial Accountant will manage journal entries, account reconciliations, inter-company transactions, and financial reporting support in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle close activities including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Support financial reporting and assist in building audit-ready processes for IPO readiness
• Collaborate with the Controller and Finance team to enhance internal controls and SOX-compliant accounting processes

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with full-cycle close activities
• Solid working knowledge of US GAAP, with experience in pre-IPO or public company environments preferred
• Experience in building or contributing to internal controls and SOX-ready accounting processes
• CPA, ACA, or ACCA qualification (active or in progress)
• Proficiency with NetSuite or an equivalent ERP system
