CPA Financial Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Controller to build and manage the financial backbone of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the Chart of Accounts and financial segmentation model for clear reporting
• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close, ensuring accurate financial statements
• Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and performance tracking across teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or controllership roles; CPA certification required
• Deep knowledge of accounting principles and financial governance
• Proven experience in budgeting and performance management
• Hands-on experience with accounting and finance systems, preferably Xero
• Strong analytical skills to translate financial data into actionable insights
