CPA Financial Operations Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Operations Director to lead virtual accounting services and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of managers and accountants delivering outsourced accounting services
• Build trusted relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and support their needs
• Oversee business operations, including P&L responsibility, recruitment, and business development initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
• CPA or equivalent certification is highly preferred
• 10+ years of accounting experience with at least 7 years in a leadership role
• Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar small business accounting software is required
