CPA Financial Reporting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Reporting Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, review, and filing of all SEC reports, ensuring technical accuracy and clear disclosures
• Oversee consolidated financial statements and exercise professional judgment on complex accounting matters
• Act as a primary liaison with external auditors and regulators on reporting and compliance matters

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in public accounting or corporate accounting with SEC reporting responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
• Progressive experience in financial reporting and technical accounting with leadership responsibility
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and SOX controls
• Experience managing external audits and complex reporting timelines
