CPA Financial Reporting Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Reporting Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file SEC Forms 8-K, 10-Q, and 10-K, including reviewing financial statements and drafting disclosures
• Research and interpret new SEC disclosures and accounting standards, advising on improvements
• Lead consolidated management reporting and maintain internal accounting controls for SOX compliance

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in public accounting or corporate accounting with SEC reporting responsibilities
• 1-2 years of experience in industry financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and US GAAP
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• CPA certification required
