CPA Financial Reporting Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Financial Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the preparation of standalone financial statements for U.S. and foreign subsidiaries
- Oversee annual audits for subsidiaries, collaborating with external auditors and Accounting Operations
- Research and conclude on complex technical accounting matters, advising stakeholders as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Active CPA License
- Public accounting experience
- Experience with U.K. GAAP and/or IFRS is a plus
- Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley, is preferred
