Job Summary
A company is looking for a Financial Reporting Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and review of consolidated financial statements and related reporting documents
- Determine appropriate accounting treatment of transactions in accordance with US GAAP
- Collaborate and support external auditors during the annual audit
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required
- 5-8 years of relevant accounting experience in a public accounting firm, consulting firm, or insurance company
- Prior experience with business valuations, purchase accounting, and ASC 606
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools, particularly Excel
