CPA Financial Reporting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the financial reporting process and ensure timely submission of financial statements
• Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements and maintain SEC reporting files
• Develop and implement SOX compliant accounting policies and assist with technical accounting projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting
• Experience with accounting and reporting systems
• Big 4, regional or national accounting firm experience preferred
• CPA license preferred
