CPA Financial Reporting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting Manager to join their corporate accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review statutory financial statements for international entities and manage global audits
• Assess financial statement impacts of complex transactions and prepare financial statements and disclosures
• Prepare accounting journal entries and support financial reporting and operational process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
• 5+ years of progressive accounting and reporting experience, including technical accounting responsibilities
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and international accounting standards
• Proven experience managing international audits and overseeing foreign entity financials
• Deep knowledge of technical accounting topics such as equity, debt, and stock-based compensation
