CPA Financial Reporting Manager

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time salaried CPA Financial Reporting Manager will oversee external and internal financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS, while enhancing controls and documentation in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation, review, and timely filing of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and J-SOX requirements while maintaining strong documentation for reported balances
• Lead and mentor a high-performing financial reporting team, driving continuous improvement in reporting processes and tools

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA required
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience, including in public company or SEC regulated environments
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP financial statement disclosures and proven experience with SOX compliance
• Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing financial statements in a condensed close timeframe
• Proficiency with financial reporting systems and tools (e.g., Workiva, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
