CPA Financial Reporting Manager

Job Summary

To support a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing cloud computing, the full-time remote CPA Financial Reporting Manager will lead the preparation and review of SEC filings, manage the quarterly reporting cycle, and mentor junior accounting staff while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, review, and tie-out of SEC filings and quarterly investor materials
• Project manage the quarterly reporting cycle, coordinating with stakeholders and managing requests
• Continuously optimize SEC reporting processes and enhance internal controls for compliance

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience, including 4 years of SEC reporting experience
• B.S. in Accounting or Finance
• Active CPA license is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience with financial statement drafting
• Proficient in SEC reporting software and ERP Systems
