CPA Financial Reporting Manager

Job Summary

To support a dynamic team in revolutionizing cloud computing, the full-time remote CPA Financial Reporting Manager will lead the preparation and review of SEC filings, manage the quarterly reporting cycle, and mentor junior accounting staff while driving automation and optimizing reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of SEC filings and coordinate quarterly investor materials
• Project manage the quarterly reporting cycle and liaise with external auditors for timely audits
• Mentor and develop junior accounting staff while optimizing SEC reporting processes and enhancing internal controls

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience, including 4 years of direct SEC reporting experience
• B.S. in Accounting or Finance
• Active CPA license is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience with financial statement drafting
• Proficient in SEC reporting software and ERP systems
