CPA Financial Reporting Manager

Job Summary

Leading the preparation and review of SEC filings, the full-time remote CPA Financial Reporting Manager will ensure the accuracy of financial results, manage the reporting cycle, and collaborate cross-functionally with various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and review of SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K
• Project manage the quarterly reporting cycle and coordinate with stakeholders for timely completion of audits
• Mentor junior accounting staff and optimize SEC reporting processes to enhance internal controls and compliance

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 4 years in SEC reporting
• B.S. in Accounting or Finance
• Active CPA license is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience with financial statement drafting
• Proficiency in SEC reporting software and ERP systems, particularly Workiva and Oracle Fusion
