CPA Financial Reporting Manager

Job Summary

Leading the preparation and review of SEC filings, the full-time remote CPA Financial Reporting Manager will ensure the accuracy of financial results while collaborating cross-functionally with various departments and mentoring junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and review of SEC filings and investor materials, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP
• Project manage the quarterly reporting cycle and liaise with external auditors for timely audits
• Continuously optimize SEC reporting processes and enhance internal controls in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements

Required qualifications

• B.S. in Accounting or Finance
• 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience, including 4 years of SEC reporting experience
• Active CPA license is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience with SEC reporting software
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
