CPA Financial Reporting Manager

Job Summary

Leading the preparation and review of SEC filings, the full-time remote CPA Financial Reporting Manager will ensure the accuracy of financial results while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and review of SEC filings and internal reporting materials
• Manage the quarterly reporting cycle and coordinate with stakeholders for timely completion of audits
• Continuously optimize SEC reporting processes and maintain compliance with internal controls

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience, including 4 years of SEC reporting experience
• B.S. in Accounting or Finance
• Active CPA license is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience with financial statements
• Proficient in SEC reporting software and ERP systems
