Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in a financial role with 3+ years as a CFO
• Active CPA certification
• Strong understanding of token economics and on-chain accounting
• Experience in managing crypto and fiat treasuries and knowledge of crypto-specific tax issues
• Familiarity with capital formation and regulatory environments
