To support the leadership team, the part-time Fractional Chief Financial Officer will provide strategic financial oversight, tax planning, and risk management in a remote advisory capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on financial strategy and planning
- Review accounting and financial reporting processes
- Identify financial and compliance risks and provide guidance on U.S. tax planning
Required qualifications
- CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leadership experience
- Strong background in accounting, finance, and taxation
- US Edtech experience mandatory
- Experience with growth-stage businesses or private equity-backed companies preferred
- CPA preferred
