CPA Fund Accounting Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the accounting and reporting functions for private investment funds, the fully remote Fund Accounting Senior Associate will manage day-to-day fund administration, prepare financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP, and calculate net asset values while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day accounting and administration for a portfolio of private investment funds
• Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Calculate and review net asset values (NAVs), management fees, and investor allocations

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Fund Administration and Public Accounting, with a CPA license strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of investment company accounting (ASC 946) and related financial reporting
• Experience preparing financial statements and supporting annual audits
• Proficiency with fund accounting platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel functions
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
