CPA Fund Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fund Accounting Manager to lead complex carried interest and waterfall calculations for a venture capital firm's transition to Allvue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and review complex carried interest and waterfall calculations
• Support Allvue system implementation through data validation and process improvement
• Document workflows and establish best practices post-transition

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of accounting experience in venture capital or private equity
• Proven experience with carried interest and waterfall calculations
• CPA required; Big 4 experience preferred
• Fund platform experience (Allvue, eFront, Investran, etc.) is a strong plus
• Advanced Excel skills with an aptitude for multi-entity structures
