CPA Fund Migrations Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of fund accounting professionals, the fully remote Fund Migrations Senior Manager will oversee fund migrations, accounting operations, and client services while driving operational excellence and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team focused on fund accounting operations and migrations, ensuring high-quality client service and departmental goals are met
• Provide oversight of the full lifecycle of fund administration, including onboarding, accounting, financial reporting, and investor servicing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance internal systems, automate processes, and improve the client experience

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in public accounting, fund administration, or investment operations, particularly in venture capital or private equity
• CPA license strongly preferred
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams
• Deep knowledge of investment company accounting and fund operations
• Proven track record of leading complex operational initiatives and process improvements
