CPA Global Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Controller to oversee accounting operations and M&A transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, revenue recognition, and payroll
• Ensure timely preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
• Lead purchase price accounting and post-acquisition integration for M&A transactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial leadership experience
• Experience in a private equity owned company is required
• Deep expertise in US GAAP and financial reporting
• Proven ability to lead M&A financial integration and execute purchase price accounting
