CPA Global Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Controller to oversee accounting, M&A transactions, and private equity reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations including general ledger, revenue recognition, and payroll
• Ensure timely preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
• Lead purchase price accounting and post-acquisition integration for M&A transactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial leadership experience
• Experience in a private equity owned company
• Expertise in US GAAP and financial reporting
• Proven ability in M&A financial integration and purchase price accounting
