CPA Global Controller

Job Summary

As a full-time Global Controller, the successful candidate will oversee the integrity of financial statements, maintain a robust internal control environment, and provide strategic financial leadership across the global organization, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and manage the preparation of consolidated global financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP/IFRS
• Design and maintain a global framework of internal controls to ensure compliance and protect company assets
• Provide executive oversight for the Global Procurement function, optimizing supplier relationships and managing costs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or Master's in Accounting preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent required
• Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role
• Demonstrated experience in Procurement/Sourcing and/or Global Facilities/Real Estate
• Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP/IFRS, SEC reporting, and SOX-compliant control environments
