CPA Global Controller

Job Summary

Leading the global controllership function, the full-time Senior Vice President, Global Controller will oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, and IPO readiness while partnering with various departments in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the global controllership organization and establish a scalable accounting model for multiple business lines and geographies
• Drive IPO readiness by developing public-company financial reporting processes and ensuring compliance with SEC requirements
• Own the global close process, enhancing accuracy and transparency of financial reporting across legal entities and systems

Required Qualifications

• CPA required
• 15+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience, including senior controllership in a complex global organization
• Public company experience with a focus on IPO readiness and SEC reporting
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, technical accounting, and internal controls
• Experience leading global accounting teams across multiple geographies and business models
