Job Summary

Leading the accounting function end-to-end, the full-time remote Global Controller will oversee financial reporting, audit, tax, and operational finance while scaling the accounting organization to support a growing global business across SaaS and payments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mature the global accounting organization, ensuring accuracy and strong controls across financial operations
• Provide strategic leadership for accounting practices related to SaaS and payments, managing complexities of recurring revenue and payment processing
• Improve operational excellence by creating scalable processes and fostering cross-functional partnerships to support timely financial reporting

Required qualifications

• CPA required
• 7+ years of experience leading a controllership or accounting organization in a high-growth technology company
• Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency environments
• Proven success in financial reporting, audit, controls, and operational finance
• Strong executive communication skills and experience developing high-performing teams
