CPA Growth Stage Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Controller to manage financial operations for multiple hypergrowth companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee engagement teams and mentor team members to maximize efficiency and professional growth
• Optimize P&L management and engage in early warning processes to identify and address potential issues
• Drive client satisfaction by delivering timely financial insights and participating in client conversion cycles

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree or CPA required
• 7+ years in accounting/finance, with at least 3 years in companies or clients with $10M-$100M in revenue
• Multi-client or consulting background strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to build processes from scratch
• Experience with Series B and Series C companies
