Key Responsibilities

• Oversee engagement teams and mentor team members for professional growth
• Optimize P&L management and proactively identify issues for clients
• Drive client satisfaction by delivering timely, actionable financial insights

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree or CPA required
• 7+ years in accounting/finance, with at least 3 years in the $10M-$100M revenue range
• Multi-client or consulting background strongly preferred
• Experience with Series B and Series C companies
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and operational workflows
