CPA Head of Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Accounting and Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for corporate and property-level stakeholders
• Oversee and inspire a team to maximize reconciliation efficiency and financial reporting quality
• Drive strategic financial initiatives and manage partnerships with external firms for compliance and reporting

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience leading accounting/reporting teams in the hotel or real estate industry
• Significant experience with hotel management agreement reporting standards (USALI and GAAP) and lease accounting
• Experience with corporate company-level reporting, including GAAP financial reporting and KPI analysis
• CPA license is preferred
• Experience with Netsuite, Adaptive Insights, SQL, or Looker is a plus
