CPA Head of Reporting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Reporting & Technical Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team in regulatory and financial reporting, M&A, and technical accounting
• Manage the preparation of internal and external financial statements and SEC filings
• Establish accounting policies and ensure compliance across U.S. and international subsidiaries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; active CPA required
• 10+ years of accounting or audit experience, with at least 5 years in corporate SEC reporting
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or banking, with knowledge of complex financial instruments
• Familiarity with regulatory and subsidiary-level reporting
• Proficient with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite
