CPA International Tax Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an International Tax Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a full range of international tax services for multiple clients, including planning, consulting, and compliance
• Advise multinational companies on tax implications of global operations and develop optimal strategies
• Mentor and develop staff while overseeing engagement objectives, budgets, and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's in Taxation (MST) or LLM preferred
• CPA and/or JD required; LLM in Taxation is a plus
• 7+ years of progressive international tax consulting and/or compliance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong technical expertise in outbound and inbound transaction consulting and tax minimization
• Experience with tax software such as ProSystem fx, CCH, RIA, and/or Engagement is a plus
