CPA Lead Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on accounting implications of complex transactions
• Prepare and review technical accounting memos and documentation
• Liaise with external auditors and support financial reporting tasks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with 7 years, or 13 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree
• Active CPA license
• 6 or more years of public accounting experience with a Big Four or National firm
