CPA Lead Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Manager, Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the 990 tax filing for the national office and collaborate on chapter filings
• Oversee cash monitoring, bank reconciliation, and migration of cash entries from Salesforce to NetSuite
• Lead the accounting team, ensuring effective communication and management of workloads

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting and/or financial reporting
• Experience with NetSuite or similar systems
• Accrual accounting experience
• CPA designation and nonprofit experience are a plus
