Leading a high-performing remote team, the full-time CPA Lease Audit Senior Manager will oversee lease audits, manage billing processes, and drive financial accuracy across a diverse portfolio of corporate client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a multidisciplinary Lease Audit Team, ensuring quality assurance and adherence to audit standards
• Oversee audit billing processes, including client invoicing and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Direct multiple client engagements, optimizing resource allocation and maintaining client satisfaction throughout the audit lifecycle

Required qualifications

• CPA certification required
• Proven experience in lease audit, financial analysis, or real estate accounting
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities
• Expertise in client relationship management and strategic account oversight
• Experience managing billing, accounts receivable, and revenue tracking
