CPA Licensed Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant to manage accounting functions for various clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly close process, including reviewing financials and posting journal entries
• Issue monthly and annual financial reports and handle key accounting tasks such as revenue recognition and payroll entries
• Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow, including preparation of variance analysis and support for audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 5-7 years of recent professional accounting experience
• Advanced experience with Deltek Costpoint, particularly in project and accounting modules
• Knowledge of multiple contract types (Cost Reimbursable, Fixed Price, Labor Hour)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
