CPA Licensed Accountant

Job Summary

Providing month-end close support and balance sheet reconciliation, the full-time remote CPA Licensed Accountant will manage multiple entities' accounting tasks, ensure accuracy in financial records, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes related to inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in driving the Month-End Close process and prepare/review journal entries and accruals
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of assigned accounts, including monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Collaborate with various departments to design and implement processes for inventory management control

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or accounting; CPA or CPA Candidate preferred
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, with public and corporate accounting preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Experience with all areas of accounting, including accounts payable and inventory valuation
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP systems, preferably Epicor
