CPA Licensed Accountant

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team remotely, the full-time CPA Licensed Accountant will manage accounting tasks for assigned properties, including bank reconciliations, general ledger reviews, and monthly closing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform accounting tasks such as bank reconciliation, funding monitoring, and journal entry preparation for assigned properties
• Assist in the monthly closing of the accounting books and prepare reports for management
• Open new bank accounts and complete tasks related to property acquisition and disposition

Required qualifications

• Accounting degree and CPA license required
• Cum laude or better graduate from a university known for its academic excellence
• Minimum of 2-4 years of accounting experience
• Broad-based accounting for real estate experience is a plus
• Yardi experience preferred
