CPA Licensed Accountant II

Job Summary

To support financial operations, the full-time salaried CPA Licensed Accountant II will research and analyze data for journal entries across multiple entities, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepares advanced journal entries and intercompany transactions across multiple entities
• Conducts balance sheet reconciliations and resolves discrepancies
• Communicates with department managers to provide guidance on accounting issues and assists with process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Current CPA certification strongly preferred
• Two years of accounting experience required with a Bachelor's degree; no experience required with a Master's degree
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and Vlookup
• Experience with accounting software systems, preferably Lawson/Infor
