CPA Licensed Accountant Lead

Job Summary

Overseeing accounting operations for various assigned companies, the full-time remote CPA Licensed Accountant Lead will manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger entries and month-end close processes
• Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in accounting and financial operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required; CPA or MBA preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience required
• Public accounting/auditing experience preferred
• 1+ years of healthcare experience preferred
• Knowledge of Workday GL/ERP systems preferred
