CPA Licensed Accounting Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Controller to oversee the accounting department and ensure timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all accounting functions, including financial reporting and audits
• Prepare financial statements in compliance with GAAP and manage internal controls
• Supervise the accounting team and oversee payroll, tax compliance, and budgeting processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA or CMA preferred
• 6-10 years of management experience in the government contracting industry
• 3-5 years of experience with Unanet ERP in a government contracting environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of GAAP and government contracting regulations
