CPA Licensed Accounting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Accounting (Controller) to lead the accounting function and manage the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and manage the accounting team while overseeing all accounting operations
• Lead financial reporting processes, including month-end close and compliance with ASC 606
• Manage external stakeholder relationships and ensure adherence to GAAP during audits

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience, with 5-7+ years in accounting management
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field
• CPA license is required
• Strong experience with full-cycle accounting processes and financial statement audits
• Experience in a $50M+ revenue company, preferably in a SAAS environment
