• Prepare and deliver timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses
• Manage cash flow and ensure financial stability across operations and compliance obligations
• Lead, develop, and mentor the accounting and finance team

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
• CPA certification and experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in accounting and finance
• Strong background in both general and cost accounting
