Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the financial shared service organization for accounting functions
• Ensure effective financial internal controls and lead the preparation of consolidated financial reports
• Develop and implement strategies for Financial Shared Services and oversee monthly operating results

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting
• CPA required
• 10-15 years of financial management or controllership experience
• 3-5 years of royalty accounting experience
• Experience in a large, multinational company
