Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee global accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Manage annual financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop and mentor a high-performing accounting team while optimizing accounting processes and systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required
• Active or inactive CPA license
• Minimum ten years of progressive accounting experience, including five years in a senior leadership role
• Experience with nonprofit accounting and managing complex grants
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience with external audits
