Job Summary

Leading the company's accounting operations, the full-time CPA Licensed Accounting Director will drive process transformation, oversee financial reporting, and manage audit readiness in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead transformation and standardization of accounting policies, controls, and workflows
• Oversee full accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and revenue accounting
• Drive improvements in billing, collections, and working capital by collaborating with various departments

Required qualifications:

• BS in Accounting or related field required
• CPA license required
• Experience in a private equity-backed company required
• M&A and acquisition due diligence experience required
