Key responsibilities
- Lead transformation and standardization of accounting policies, controls, and workflows to enhance operational discipline
- Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, revenue accounting, accounts payable, and project-based billing for accurate financial results
- Drive improvements in billing, collections, and working capital through collaboration with Sales, Operations, and executive leadership
Required qualifications
- BS in Accounting or related field required
- CPA license required
- Experience in a private equity-backed company
- M&A and acquisition due diligence experience required
