CPA Licensed Accounting Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing Outsourced Accounting Services practice, the full-time CPA Licensed Accounting Manager will lead client engagements, mentor accounting professionals, and ensure exceptional service delivery while managing a portfolio of clients remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned outsourced accounting clients, building trusted advisor relationships
• Oversee the delivery of outsourced accounting services, including general ledger management and financial statement preparation
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Accountants while managing multiple client engagements and priorities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Prior experience leading or supervising accounting professionals
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close processes
• Proficiency with accounting software, Deltek ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications
