CPA Licensed Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting and tax area, the full-time CPA Licensed Accounting Manager will maintain the accuracy of the general ledger, prepare monthly financial statements, and coordinate tax reporting and audits while working remotely from Minnesota or Wisconsin.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger and reconcile all sub-ledgers
• Prepare monthly financial statements and coordinate annual external audits and tax reporting
• Supervise accounting staff and develop team capabilities through effective delegation

Required qualifications

• CPA certification is required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience
• At least 2 years of leadership experience
• Prior experience with PeopleSoft Financials is a plus
