CPA Licensed Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee client accounting relationships and ensure compliance with financial standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounting relationships and ensure transparency in financial reporting
• Oversee execution of client engagements, including financial close and compliance with GAAP
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals while supporting recruitment and onboarding efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting or CPA preferred
• 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, or NetSuite is a plus
• Proven experience in revamping accounting processes and technology
