CPA Licensed Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the integration of acquisitions into the monthly close process
• Oversee the monthly close process, including analysis, general ledger entries, and reconciliation review
• Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with SOX requirements

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting/Finance and CPA required
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial audit, preferably with Big 4 and private industry
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with proven team management experience
• Knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Excellent Excel/Microsoft Office skills
